Since several steps will be involved in the upgrade process for your RAMCHECK, it will be necessary to acquire some information about your product. After receipt of this form, we will contact you with instructions and pricing information regarding your upgrade and also assign an RMA number for your specific unit.

Please DO NOT send your test system to us until you have been assigned an RMA number. Refer to our RMA Policy for additional details on sending merchandise to the factory.
